I just rebuild SVN version of GDAL with C# bindings and it seems
there is a bug indeed:

I use latest version of SWIG, Visual C++/C# 2005.

Do you have any idea what's going wrong here?
As I see, your builders work with latest version:

Here Visual C++ 7.1 but not Visual C++ 8.0, although I would not
suppose this is the problem.
