[Gdal-dev] WMS support in GDAL?

Do you know who was that person? It's probable we'll divert some 
resources to implement such a WMS driver here (if we do, we'll share it 
with the GDAL community, of course) and if there's already some work 
done, we may benefit from the code or their experience!
