[Gdal-dev] MrSID georeferencing (sdw files)

Hi list,

did anything ever happen in the GDAL codebase in response to this post about
MrSID georeferencing?

I've got a .sid, .aux and .sdw file, but gdalinfo won't see the right
georeferencing. What to do?

Corner Coordinates:
Upper Left  (      -0.007,     138.882)
Lower Left  (  -0.0069444,  -0.0069444)
Upper Right (     138.882,     138.882)
Lower Right ( 138.8819444,  -0.0069444)
Center      (  69.4375000,  69.4375000)
