OK. it looks like you got the gdal package, but nothing it it. Darn.

Sorry I'm Windows-clueless at the moment -- can someone help this guy?

By the way, it looks like you're only replying to me -- which is the 
default for the mailing list. I'd make sure this gets to the list --
