[Gdal-dev] gdalwarp -multi: CPLCreateThread() failed in ChunkAndWarpMulti()

Hi

After SVN update from 1.4 stable branch just now I noticed
that using -multi in gdalwarp with any input raster yields:

ERROR 1: CPLCreateThread() failed in ChunkAndWarpMulti()

I have few older versions of GDAL 1.4 packaged and put
aside. Of them version from 2007-09-12 has the same issue,
but another older one from 2007-06-04 doesn't. Seems like a
regression.
