[Gdal-dev] Anoucement: new gdal utility gdal_retile.py

There is a new gdal utility  "gdal_retile.py" which offers 

1) Tiling an image
2) Retiling an already tiled image (into smaller or larger tiles)
3) Building tiled pyramids
4) creating shape files to provide a spatial index
5) Propagating the srs if available and where possible (to the new tiles, 
the pyramid tiles and the shape files) 

The Ticket Number is 1921 

Feedback is welcome, if you detect a bug please mail to me, for each bugfix 
i will write an unit test.
