[Gdal-dev] Cs2cs input from file in Windows

Hi,

I am sure that this must be trivial, but I just don't manage to take input for
cs2cs utility.  I have read the document and understood that I should just write
the input file name(s) last in the command line. However, when I do this cs2cs
is still waiting for standard input.  Using '<file' did not help either. I am
running cs2cs from FWTool 1.3.6 on Windows.
