[gdal-dev] off-topic: recommend canadian ftp host?

Hello World,

I'm looking for a Canadian based ftp-hosting service. Any recommendations?

I need to be able to create/delete private ftp accounts at will as well 
as support anonymous access (for downloads). Initial size will be a ~5gb 
but I imagine that will grow at a rate of ~1gb per yr (wild guess).

Reliability and speed is more important that price, though of course 
dollars are significant.
