[gdal-dev] Windows (MSYS/MinGW) ./configure option doubt

Hi all,
 
I need to specify an external support for libz and libpng;
I have dlls in /usr/loca/lib, but I'm not sure if configure using:
 
--with-libz=/usr/local
 
or
 
--with-libz=/usr/local/lib
