[gdal-dev] no man pages in GDAL 1.5 svn

Maciek,

Previously a copy of the man pages lived in Subversion.  But recently it
was changed so that they are not, though they are distributed in source
tarballs.  If you want them from svn you need to do "make man".

It also appears that if you already have a man directory, nothing will happen
so you need to blow it away first.
