[gdal-dev] no man pages in GDAL 1.5 svn

Thanks for the hint. It works. Unfortunately "make install" does not 
install them. Could it? I learned that there is "make install-man", but 
I'd rather do the whole installation in one step, so that checkinstall 
could create a single deb package out of it.
