[gdal-dev] GDAL doesn't compile with LizardTech GeoExpress SDK 7

Hi All,

Due to the API change, GDAL now cannot compile with the latest
GeoExpress SDK, and unfortunately the older versions are not available
to download anymore.
Are we planning to update to the newer versions?
