[gdal-dev] Building GDAL with ECW SDK 3.3 using VC2008

We build an older version of gdal with this version of the ecw library
under vc9 ( vc 2008).   Specifically, we build NCSEcw_Static.  It's
nothing special as far as I can see.

I am trying to build GDAL 1.5.2 with ECW SDK 3.3 using VS2008, and
getting
some build errors. Have anyone here built GDAL/ECW using VS2008? There
is
a thread,

on ECW SDK forum, discussing the problem. 
But there is no solution.
