[gdal-dev] Building GDAL with ECW SDK 3.3 using VC2008

HI,

I am trying to build GDAL 1.5.2 with ECW SDK 3.3 using VS2008, and
getting
some build errors. Have anyone here built GDAL/ECW using VS2008? There
is
a thread, 
"ECW SDK 3.3 occur error C2059 with VC2008"
(http://forums.ermapper.com/viewtopic.php?p=7194#7194)
on ECW SDK forum, discussing the problem. 
But there is no solution.
