[gdal-dev] [JDEM] Dataset sample file

Hello every body,

Did someone have a sample of a JDEM Dataset file, (a .MEM file) that
contains related RasterBands (in pixels and lines) and the correspondant
metadata.
I need a sample to understand the logical organisation of such a format.
