[gdal-dev] GDAL maintenance update

Folks,

I must report that I've not managed to jumped back to the GDAL  
maintenance work yet and, because of personal duties, I will be  
unavailable for 3-4 (5) more weeks :-(

Recently, I've managed to spend only 10 hours of the plan and work on
