[gdal-dev] Motion: Adopt GDAL/OGR 1.5.2 RC2 as 1.5.2

Folks,

I have made one small change in 1.5 branch, so that the default
win32 build will be optimized instead of debug (and depending on
the non-redistributable debug runtime DLLs).   I have prepared a new
release candidate based on this:

   http://download.osgeo.org/gdal/gdal-1.5.2RC2.tar.gz
   http://download.osgeo.org/gdal/gdal152RC2.zip

I also generated this release on a different machine (at upload.osgeo.org
instead of my home machine), so I'm not sure if that will have any effects
or not.

I've done a bit of testing on the 1.5.1 RC 1 and it seemed otherwise ok to
me, so I'd like to move ahead to vote on the release:

Motion: GDAL 1.5.2 RC2 is adopted as the official GDAL 1.5.2 release.

Please vote after testing within the next two days, and we can issue the
official release on Friday.
