Be careful here -- it is not clear that Isenburg's tools are in fact OSI-compliant open source.  (He has lots of good stuff, and some of us wish it he was clearer on this point.)

[LizardTech has a 3D viewer (very windows-specific, however) which I intend to make open source at some point, but I've just not had the time to finish the job.]
