[gdal-dev] Tests fail on buildbot

Hi,

I've noticed tests fail on most builders and there is message like this:

"As GDAL_DOWNLOAD_TEST_DATA environment variable is not defined, 40
tests relying on data to downloaded from the Web have been skipped"

Is this something I should configure for GDAL on Buildbot?
If yes, what values should I set for this env variable?
