Ogr2ogr writes data out to MapInfo tab format quite fast. Unfortunately I do not
believe that the result will be usable at all. This time the attribute file
(.dat) stopped growing in size at 2 GB. Ogr2ogr continues running without any
error message and .id and .map files are still growing.
