[gdal-dev] How to use CPLPrintTime ?

Hi again!

I found that "gdalhttp.cpp" logs messages with CPLDebug() function.
Inside that I found that if CPL_TIMESTAMP is set, then a time stamp is also
printed.
But the time does not have milliseconds precision. 
Is it possible to change that time format ?
