Rashad,

GDAL 1.5.0 is quite old, and not even the newest of that stable branch.
Try GDAL 1.8.0.  If the problem persists I'm sure we would be glad to look
into it. If you really need a GDAL 1.5.x version then at least use the newest
1.5.x release (1.5.4?).
