I see that the path is /home/rashadkm/gdal-1.8.0/port so I deduce this is a 
GDAL 1.8.0 build. But the adjustment for Android has been introduced in trunk 
(1.9.0dev) very recently. See http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/3952
