[gdal-dev] Changelog v1.7 --> v1.8

Hi list,

I'm about to upgrade MapWindow GIS from using GDAL v1.7 to GDAL v1.8, but
before I do that I would like to look at the changelog to see if we can
expect any trouble.

I've been looking on the GDAL site and downloaded the source code, but can't
find it.

Can anybody point me to the changelog?
