[gdal-dev] ogr2ogr: cartesian geographic coordinates problem

The problem is that the .prj file is incorrect or not complete, so
ogr2ogr guess is wrong.
I tried many intermediate conversions to no avail.

I will ask to create a new shape with the correct .prj and format.
