[gdal-dev] Compiling libCurl with GDAL v1.9

Hi Paul,
I compile libCurl with the MSVC compiler, and I follow the "MSVC from
command line" instructions at http://curl.haxx.se/docs/install.html
I set the ZLIB and OPENSSL paths as suggested as well.
