[gdal-dev] How use the esri-filegdb

Hi,
I like to test the esri-filegdb with ogr2ogr.

So I'm reading information from gdal and from esri.

Reading the gdal information on file-gdb format,
http://www.gdal.org/ogr/drv_filegdb.html

I read:

>Bulk feature loading (OGR >= 2.0)
>Special SQL requests (OGR >= 2.0)

this mean I should use the trunk version of gdal to test this options ?
Or, instead, this is an ption actually not available ?

Also I see theat in the instruction is write:

>Dataset Creation Options
>none

This mean that the driver is not capable to create a new empty database ?
