[gdal-dev] How to convert a .dgn file into image (jpg or bmp)

Hi friends,

Do you know how to convert (or save) a .dgn file into a image (such as .jpg
or bmp) ? (by using C/C++ or C#)

I am wanting write a method to do that, so I can store the image into my
database (SQL Server).
