[gdal-dev] Problem re-projecting shapefile by using ogr2ogr

sorry to say, but I just realized where I did wrong.

ogr2ogr can't "re-project" - that is apply transformation - it can only set/change it. But not after this ticked was closed: http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/4604
New -gcp switch can re-project - transform coordinates from one projection to another

I feel sorry because I already asked similar question, when I wanted to georeference vector file with ogr, and I was pointed to this resolved ticket
