It could perhaps be an idea to make it more clear in the ticket which 
extra data files are needed (as there is quite a list of attachments).

I also tried to run gen_epsg_wkt.sh and ended up with a lot of:
ERROR 1: ERROR - wkt_old output not supported

I guess this should read: wkt_simple
