[gdal-dev] bug: OGRDataSource, Postgis driver

Hello everyone,

this is a bug report concerning OGRDataSource, for the Postgis driver,
using GDAL 1.9.0.

TestCapability _reports_ being able to create and delete layers,
irrespective of the data source being opened with the update flag
activated in the driver registrar.

A (postgis) data source opened with the update flag set to false was
also _confirmed_ to be able to create and delete layers.

Should a ticket be opened, shall someone take care of that once you
read this message?
