[gdal-dev] GDAL/OGR 1.9.2RC1 Available for Review

Built OK on CentOS 6.3
and not experiencing the issue of 
GDAL / Java bindings : undefined symbol: _ZTVN10__cxxabiv120__si_class_type_infoE in libgdal.so.1 which I previously encountered when building gdal trunk
