I don't know. I haven't been building with MinGW for a long time and it's
starting to look that this time was a mistake too. I got libgdal.dll
compiled
but the Perl bindings seem even harder (the bindings dll does not load).
While MinGW and MSYS seem to be improved, it still is a horror.
