[gdal-dev] gdal + C#

Hi Chaitanya & All,
In my GDAL1.9 version, I have a swig folder. And according to the below link
http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/GdalOgrCsharpCompile#Compilingthecode
It says, that i need to download swigwin-1.3.31 package. My question is do i need to overwrite the existing swig folder with this downloaded  swigwin-1.3.31.
