[gdal-dev] Perl Binding Documentation for previous releases -->404

Ethan and others,

We're in the process of moving everything from geoinformatics.tkk.fi to 
geoinformatics.aalto.fi. TKK became a part of Aalto a couple of years ago.

Thanks for the info on bad links.
