[gdal-dev] How to get the line style scale factor of Line (using DGNLib) ?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to read custom lines from the dgn file by using DGNLib
(DGNElemMultiPoint,...).

But I don't know how know or get the line style scale factor of Line ?
