[gdal-dev] RFC 44: JSON/XML output for ogrinfo/gdalinfo

This would be a handy addition.  It would be helpful, to add to the RFC, sample XML output.

Hobu, sure thing.
That was a bit of joke, and, on reflection I think a specified format
is actually useful idea.
