This means that something has gone wrong. Your sample was not tiled but the
blocks were made of single scanlines from left to right. Check with gdalinfo
Band 1 Block=37531x1 Type=Byte, ColorInterp=Red
Band 2 Block=37531x1 Type=Byte, ColorInterp=Green
Band 3 Block=37531x1 Type=Byte, ColorInterp=Blue
