1. NMake build script
2. Linking aganist ICD lib instead of OpenCL SDK (ATI)
3. Config params, which can set OpenCL device runtime (CPLSetConfigOption)
4. OpenCL warp kernel source which can use above changes

Its still work under progress... no ETA.
