[gdal-dev] Attempting to access an ArcGIS REST API through a WMS format minidriver

Hi Stefan,

The QMS (QuickMapServices) plugin uses the GDAL AGS capability to work 
with ArcGIS MapServe, so if gdal works with you ImageService, th QMS 
will work too.
