Hello, need help, please...

I need to make a affine transformation on shapefile and raster file but I
dont know the formula.

I already have this variables:

/method=poli
verbose=N
x0y0=[1.1..., 1.1...]
alpha=[2.2..., -3.1...]
beta=[1.1..., -1.1...]
gamma=[0.0, 0.0]
delta=[0.0, 0.0]
epsilon=[0.0, 0.0]/

How can I use them?
