[gdal-dev] Reading DNC nautical charts

Thanks for your response. 
One can get the DNC charts free off the US website (although they may not make all details available). 
For most of my charts I use OpenCPN, but this doesn't run the DNC charts. 
Any suggestions of other open source marine software?
