[gdal-dev] Ticket to add IBM DB2 spatial support to GDAL/OGR

I created the following ticket

which includes some information about the DB2 spatial driver we created 
and also includes an 'svn diff' of all the code changes/additions.

This is based on the current GDAL 2.1 trunk as of 10/29/2015.
