[gdal-dev] ogr2ogr convert geojson to MapInfo tab

My bad, I realize I have installed Gdal core from gisinternals using
gdal-201-1600-core.msi but this file is dated of 2015-07-30. I did not
realize the core installer were not up to date. Now using the version form
release-1600-gdal-mapserver.zip I confirm that the result is good!
