thanks for the report. I've committed in trunk r33893 a changeset that should 
hopefully fix the compilation error, however I don't have a setup to test, so 
I'd appreciate your feedback.
So for the final 2.1, we will have to provide an updated snapshot of the gdal-
grass plugin sources.
