[gdal-dev] GDAL 2.0.2 and 1.11.4: RC1 end of next week ?

Hi,

What about preparing RC1s for both branches for end of next week ? There are ~ 
30 tickets marked as fixed (*) in each branch (so likely ~ 60 for 2.0.2 since 
most of the 1.11.4 fixes must also apply to 2.0.2), and a bit more than 3 
months since last maintenance releases.

I can tackle that unless someone else volunteers.
