[gdal-dev] Pass clipsrc to VectorTranslateOptions

Im using VectorTranslate and VectorTranslateOptions in python bindings.

It seems like there is nothing equivalent to the ogr2ogr -clipsrc option in
VectorTranslateOptions.

Is there another way of passing this in?
