Check that your email address is still defined in 
https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/prefs (applies to everyone that hasn't checked 
recently). It has been reset a few weeks ago due to a Trac upgrade apparently.

I'd prefer that someone confirms that Windows build still work before 
backporting.
Actually looking at https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/changeset/34200, I can see 
that fyba_melding.cpp is compiled on Windows, but not on Unix (but that was 
already the case before). A bit strange...
