Wiki page re-enabled for authenticated users.
Strk has installed the https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/SpamFilter plugin so we
have now a number of settings to play with to limit the spam. PSC members
should see the different "spam filtering" settings in the Administration pannel
https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/admin . According to the advices of
https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/SpamFilter, we'll have to play in priority with
the Bayes filter in priority to sort good vs spam content. If someone gets
legit content rejected, let us know.
