[gdal-dev] Gdal.Dataset C# class is not complete

Most of the deprecated Ogr.DataSource methods that where moved to
Gdal.Datasource are not present in the Gdal.Dataset class.

Methods like GetLayerByName() or GetLayerCount().

Why is this? Are they in another place?
